The Advantage System is the current development tool used by referees and referee developers around the United States. It uses video of the referees to highlight competencies and areas for referee improvement.
Montana Rugby Referee Society has teamed with the Pacific Northwest Rugby Referees to get referees access to this system. Montana referees can sign up at usa.advantagereferee.com. Once there, a referee can register using the register link, entering their society as "Pacific NW".
Once registered, referees can:
- Upload match video
- Create a self-assessment and playlist of events
- Ask a referee developer to review the video
